Mental Health Therapist
Licensed Art Therapist

Hello, I’m Danielle! I grew up in New York and earned my Bachelor’s degree in Studio Art before moving to New Mexico in 2017 to pursue my graduate studies. In 2021, I graduated from Southwestern College with a dual Master’s in Art Therapy and Counseling—an experience that shaped both my professional path and my passion for supporting others through creative and therapeutic expression.

My therapeutic practice is grounded in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable exploring and expressing your authentic self. I’ve had the privilege of working with multicultural communities, volunteering in schools, and supporting youth and families in various countries. These experiences strengthened my belief in the importance of cultural awareness, compassion, and understanding each person’s unique story. As a first-generation American, I also understand the complexities and challenges that can come with navigating multiple identities.

In our work together, I draw from a variety of approaches—including Humanistic Therapy, Art Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness practices, and more—always tailoring my methods to your individual needs. I view therapy as a collaborative process where your voice, experiences, and inner wisdom lead the way.

I believe true healing happens when we feel safe enough to be vulnerable, open, and fully ourselves. My goal is to foster that sense of trust and safety in every session. Whether through creativity, conversation, or movement, expression opens the door to deeper understanding and meaningful transformation. I’m here to help you connect with your strengths, explore your emotions, and support your journey toward healing, self-acceptance, and personal growth.

I look forward to meeting you and walking alongside you on your path.
